Stairs

I began working out again. Get up early, warm up, stretch, run and then cool down. Sounds about right. It feels pretty good.

When you're out there running, you face your worst enemy, you. It's all about the battle of will, especially in the case of getting fit when you never were fit in the first place which is even harder if you're trying to lose weight like myself. I envision myself running up stairs, and each day after I finish I feel like Rocky triumphantly running up to the top.

If I can push like he did, then I will make it.
